| Payment Policy |
| The below guidelines apply when you desire to ‘Customize your trip’: |
| 50% of the total cost payable at confirmation. |
| Balance of 50%, 60 days prior to the commencement of your trip. |
| At the time of confirmation, if your departure date is less than 60 days, then the total cost shall be paid. |
| Any booking made on “Hot deals” shall be paid fully at the time of booking. |
| A Management Fee will be charged along with your total cost for any Economic tour arrangement. This fee shall be paid entirely at the time of confirmation. |

Bank Transfer: Remittance for the desired amount may be sent to our bank account. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| Any changes in travel arrangement must be advised immediately and we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees that may be incurred by failure to allow us sufficient time to amend the arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for changes of arrangements shall be borne by the client. The below cancellation policy is pertinent to all packages designed & operated by Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. |
| Up to 75 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total cost will be forfeited as cancellation fees. |

Should cancellation be received in less than 75 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total cost would be levied as cancellation charge. |
|
Cancellation received in less than 60 days prior to your arrival would attract 100% of total paid as cancellation fee. |

| Disclaimers |
Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd, on behalf of its Management, Employees, Agents and Representatives notify that they act only as agents for the Hotels, owners, contractors and suppliers providing services of transportation and/or all other related arrangements for travel and therefore assume no responsibility for any injury or loss or damage or delay to a passenger or his or her property howsoever caused in any way directly or indirectly from unavoidable acts, force major, strike, quarantine, thefts, pilferage and accidents or failure of any mode of conveyance to arrive or depart on schedule, or change of hotel accommodation and other similar services on which it has no control, suitable amendment in the program of a passenger where deemed advisable for the welfare and well-being of the traveler, will be made on our own, though it may not be understood as mandatory.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law in term of Economic, Educational and Medical Tourism, we assume neither responsibility nor do we grant any warranties, express or implied relating to the future business partnership between companies, condition or credentials of any of them, quality of the courses, understanding of the courses, adaptability to the local method, the operation, safety, condition or service of any Physician, Health Care provider, Hospital, Aircraft, Motor vehicle or other conveyance and or other products associated with such entities or services that are used wholly or in part by, for or on behalf of you.
We are not liable for the information, credentials, account results or any other information related to the company given by one company to another one, degrees delivered to you by the University, negligence in the method, change of University or any other issues from your University, the medical acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. |

| Limitation of Liability |
You agree that under no circumstances, will Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd or any of its Management, Employees, Agents and Representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of use of this site, arrangements made based on information obtained on or through this site, or products or services obtained on or through this site, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd are not medical professionals and will not discuss or advise any issues relating to medical treatment. We facilitate contact between you and the different physicians and doctors, and provide information about their credentials in order for you to make informed decisions. We do not, however, recommend any preferred or specific doctors for your desired medical treatment. We encourage and advise you to discuss all medical issues with your medical doctor before making a decision on medical treatment outside the country of your residence.
You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with choosing any doctor for your desired procedure. We assume no responsibility or liability for any treatment or other services rendered by any doctor, or for any malpractice claims and other claims that may arise directly or indirectly from any such advice, treatment or other services. |

| Disputes |
| If there is any dispute about or involving Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and/or the services we provided, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Territory State of Delhi, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of India. |

| All the things not part of the inclusions; all personal expenses such as telephone calls, drinks, tipping, laundry, visa fees, International flight tickets and International insurance policy. |

| Insurance |
| Our tour includes insurance cover for travel within India. However, it has a limited liability cover as per the Indian insurance companies. Hence, we strongly recommend that all our customers must arrange adequate insurance cover against accidents, health hazard, missed flight connections, loss of baggage etc. for their entire journey prior to their arrival at the place of vacation. Voyages Designers Consulting Pvt. Ltd will not accept any claims arising there-of. |
